  • What is my order status? 

    Orders are processed as soon as payment goes through - usually, your order will complete processing within 2 business days and be shipped within that time frame. The status can be seen anytime on the tracking page.

  • Can I change my order?
    As soon as orders are shipped, they unfortunately cannot be changed. Do let us know within the processing time should you wish to make any modifications - get in touch here.

  • Where do you ship to? 

    Generally, we can offer worldwide shipping - let us know if you can't add your destination at the checkout and we're sure to find a solution - also refer to our shipping page for more information.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    That depends on various factors: destination, season and force majeure. Generally speaking, orders will be delivered within 7-20 business days, regardless of your location. Do take into account that processing by customs can significantly impact delivery time.

    We accept most major payment methods, such as credit cards or Klarna.

  • What currency will I be charged in?

  • Is my shipping tracked?
    Yes, your order will be shipped with tracking information. The status of your order can be seen on the tracking page.

  • What if I'm not home?

    Most couriers will either deliver the package to the recipient personally or occasionally leave it with a neighbor. Should neither be possible, then your parcel will most likely be delivered to a packing station for pick-up.

  • What about taxes?

    You will be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and duties. Please inform yourself about any potential taxes in your area.

  • Do you accept returns?
    We have a 40-day return policy, which means you have 40 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Who pays for returns?
    As a general rule, customers will be responsible for return costs.
